Procurement Intern
There is a position available for a Procurement Intern in the Johannesburg area.
We are seeking a newly graduated individual with a supply chain or similar qualification for this role. No employment experience required, training will be given.
Candidates require: Knowledge of procurement, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. Certification in procurement or supply chain management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the logistics industry.
Candidate will be responsible for: Vendor Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Collaboration and Risk Management.
Basic salary starting at R 25 000.00 negotiable depending on experience and qualifications with benefits.
