Operations Supervisor

We have a great opportunity available in Sandton for an Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of stock data validation, warehouse coordination, tracking and logistics reporting, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with operational timelines, and alignment with buyer and supplier expectations. The role also involves managing the Road Loadings Team, improving operational performance, and ensuring all stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and actionable data.

Candidates are expected to be able to perform the following: Stock Report Accuracy & Timeliness – 100% of reports validated and submitted to buyers on time. Tracking Data Integrity – ≥95% tracking data accuracy and resolved discrepancies within 24 hours. WIRE Data Accuracy – 100% of WIRE data errors identified and corrected daily. Daily/Monthly Reporting Compliance – All reports submitted accurately and on time. Team KPI Compliance – ≥90% of Road Loadings Team members meet their individual KPIs. Query Resolution Time – Average time to resolve data and logistics queries is under 24 hours.

Candidates require the following: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years in logistics coordination, stock management, or data operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability. Proficiency in using collaboration tools (e.g. WeChat, WhatsApp, Share Drives)

Basic salary of between R 50 000.00 to R 60 000.00 on offer and negotiable. Benefits include medical aid, provident fund contribution, cell phone allowance and lunch.
