Admin Clerk

We have a great position available in Johannesburg for an experienced Admin Clerk at a large motor dealership. Experience in and knowledge of the Motor Industry is required for this position. Added advantage will be knowledge of Evolve software.

This role is ideal for candidates that are organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing a variety of invoicing responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership.

Candidates will require strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors, ability to work well in a team, excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadline and proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role.

Invoicing: Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and finance houses. Input invoicing data into accounting system Evolve or automate with precision, ensuring error-free entries.

Basic Salary on offer from R 15 000.00 to R 22 000.00 depending on experience with Motor Industry benefits.
